Women & Weights is a uniquely designed program aimed at women of all ages and fitness levels, to help make them fit, healthy and all women!
Strength training in women is essential in building a physique that can stand strong through the rigors of life's physical demands. Free weights offer a variety of resistance through different equipment with an emphasis on control and technique. One hour classes twice a week focus on increasing muscle, strengthening tendons, ligaments and muscles, as well as improving bone density and posture.
A flexible, toned body feels and looks good and the Women & Weights program also gives metabolism a boost too, offering true inner strength and fitness!
