I have over 20 years of professional involvement in the health and fitness industry. My own training as an athlete has taken me through 3 time State Field Hockey Championships, Junior Olympic Swimmer and currently IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. My latest venture is Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Cape Cod Riptide Baseball Team.

My studiies have included a Associates Degree in Physical Education, Certified Ropes Course Instructor, Physical Fitness Trainer for the Police and Fire Academy, Certified National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and Certified Training Coach (AAA/ISSA).

In todays competitive athletic world, you need speed, agility, explosion, strength, flexibility, injury prevention, coordination, proper nutrition and self confidence.
